Makeup artist extraordinaire, Rick Baker, transforming Ron into Vincent.

The Vincent makeup was created by Academy Award winner, Rick Baker, and took approximately four hours to apply. Although Baker created tt, the daily application of the makeup was carried out by the very talented Margaret Bessera, who made Ron up hundreds of times during the three year run of the show.
In the initial pilot episode, a makeup artist by the name of Kevin Yeager applied Vincent's face makeup and Margaret Bessera did the hands, but for the rest of the series Margaret did the whole thing.
