The chest and neck piece are glued below Ron's jawline down to his collarbone

A clear plastic skull cap is placed on Ron's head, followed by a foam latex piece with the horns incorporated.
(Del Toro called this stage of the makeup Ron's 'Teletubby' look )

The facial piece covers everything except Ron's lower lip.

The Samurai wig is put in place.

The lower lip and goatee, along with teeth and contact lenses, completes the facial makeup.
